Speak New York is licensed for personal learning use. By downloading or using the app, you agree to use it only in ways that are lawful and consistent with these terms.
Packs & Access
Speak New York sells lesson access as packs. The Everyday NYC Pack, City Culture Pack, and Work Life Pack are one-time purchases that unlock permanent access to the lessons mapped to each pack.
Speak New York Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks all packs while the membership is active, expands translator access, and includes future packs released during the active subscription period.
Launch Pricing
The current launch pricing is $8.99 for Everyday NYC Pack, $14.99 for City Culture Pack, and $9.99 for Work Life Pack.
Speak New York Pro is offered at $6.99 per month or $34.99 per year. Local pricing may vary by territory, taxes, and platform rules.
Billing, Renewals, and Refunds
Billing, renewal timing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the App Store or Google Play that processed your purchase. If you need a refund or have store-account billing issues, use the support flow provided by that platform.
We may update pricing, lesson catalogs, and feature scope over time as the product grows.
