Speak New York support is split between in-app tools, platform billing systems, and direct email help for issues we can solve on our side.
If you changed devices or reinstalled the app, use Profile > Restore Purchases inside Speak New York first.
For billing, refunds, subscription renewals, or store-account problems, use the App Store or Google Play support flow that processed your transaction. Those platforms own payment handling and refund decisions.
If you want to delete your account, use the Delete Account action inside the app while signed in. That route is the fastest way to remove your account from the product side.
