Speak New York support is split between in-app tools, platform billing systems, and direct email help for issues we can solve on our side.
If you changed devices or reinstalled the app, use Profile > Restore Purchases inside Speak New York first.
For billing, refunds, subscription renewals, or store-account problems, use the App Store or Apple support flow that processed your transaction. Apple owns payment handling and refund decisions.
Speak New York does not require an account for the iOS launch. To remove local learning progress from a device, delete the app from that device.
