Speak New York stores lesson progress, saved items, route choice, translator history, and streak state so the app can continue where you left off. Some of that information lives locally on your device, and some may sync through connected backend services when you sign in.
Data We Store
Speak New York stores lesson progress, saved phrases, route selections, translator history, and streak-related state on your device so the experience feels continuous. If you choose to sign in, account-level access is handled through Firebase Authentication.
If you buy packs or Speak New York Pro, purchase and entitlement state are handled through RevenueCat and the App Store or Google Play that processed the transaction. We do not collect or store your full payment card information ourselves.
Diagnostics & Product Improvement
For launch readiness and quality monitoring, Speak New York uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services help us understand broken flows, stability issues, and release regressions so we can improve the product faster.
Speak New York does not use ad tracking domains and does not sell personal data.
