Privacy Policy

Overview

Jade Sanctuary is developed by Mateusz Zając for Apple Vision Pro. It requires no account, contains no advertising, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not sell personal data.

Data Stored on Your Device

Journey progress, one resumable Journey board, best records, achievement milestones, audio and presentation preferences, and the free-game allowance are stored locally. The app has no app-managed iCloud or cross-device progress synchronization. Removing the app removes its local app data; restoring a purchase does not restore Journey progress. Device backups are governed by your Apple settings.

Purchases and RevenueCat

Apple processes the optional one-time Full Game payment. The app uses RevenueCat to verify purchases, maintain access and restore earlier purchases. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier and purchase information. The app does not provide RevenueCat with your name, email address or a custom account identifier, and the developer does not receive your full payment-card details.

Purchase information supports app functionality and purchase reporting. It is not used by the app for advertising or cross-app tracking. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.

Game Center

Game Center is optional. When you sign in, the app sends eligible scores and achievement progress to Apple and displays information supplied by Game Center, including rankings and player display names. These features follow your Apple Account and Game Center settings. You can play without Game Center. It does not back up your Journey progress.

On Apple Vision Pro

The app uses visionOS and ARKit to place the board and respond to system recentering. Device pose is processed locally for placement. The app does not upload head-pose samples, room geometry, eye-tracking data or hand-tracking recordings to the developer or RevenueCat. Gaze and pinch interactions are handled through the platform interaction APIs.

Diagnostics and Analytics

The app uses Sentry for optional crash reporting. Share crash reports is enabled by default and can be turned off in the app's Settings. When enabled, reports may include crash details, app and operating system versions, device information and diagnostic identifiers, and recent app actions that help explain the failure. The app does not attach your name, email address, Game Center identity, purchase receipts, room geometry, or head and hand positions to these reports. Reports are used to diagnose and fix problems, not for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Turning off Share crash reports stops new Sentry reports and clears the app's pending Sentry cache. It does not recall reports already sent. Sentry processes crash reports on the developer's behalf under its Data Processing Addendum. See also the Sentry Privacy Policy.

Gameplay analytics and performance summaries stay in the on-device diagnostic log. The app does not send these statistics to a remote analytics service. Purchase reporting through RevenueCat is described separately above. Apple may share usage and crash information according to your Apple diagnostics-sharing settings. Debug and Internal builds may also provide an on-device Pulse console; the public Release app disables that console.

Support and This Website

If you contact support, your email address and information you choose to send are used to answer your request and investigate the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or private surroundings in screenshots. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to address the request and meet applicable obligations; you may request deletion by email.

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages and loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers receive ordinary network information, such as your IP address, when serving the site. This website activity is separate from gameplay in the app.

Your Choices and Contact

You can use the game without Game Center, turn off Share crash reports in the app's Settings, control Apple diagnostics sharing in system Settings, and remove local app data by deleting the app. For privacy questions or access and deletion requests, contact matteo.zajac@gmail.com. Apple and RevenueCat control the retention of information they process under their respective policies. Crash reports already sent to Sentry are subject to the retention period of the developer's Sentry plan.
