The rules for using Hopsa, its purchases, and connected Apple services.
Overview

Hopsa is licensed for personal entertainment use. By downloading or using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Access and Purchases
Hopsa is free to download. The included character and core gameplay are available without a purchase. Optional historical characters are offered as one-time, non-consumable purchases, either individually or together through the Hopsa Character Pass. They are cosmetic and do not change gameplay rules.
Apple processes payments, refunds, and purchase authorization. Availability and local prices may vary by storefront. Use Restore Purchases on the Characters screen to recover eligible purchases made with the same Apple Account.
Gameplay and Online Services
Core gameplay works offline. Purchases, purchase restoration, Game Center leaderboards, and achievements require Apple services and may require an internet connection. Their availability depends on your device, Apple Account, region, iOS version, and Apple’s platform rules.
Fair and Safe Use
Do not tamper with the app, interfere with its services, attempt fraudulent purchases, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others. Hopsa is entertainment software; scores, leaderboards, and availability may change when bugs are fixed or platform services change.
Updates and Support
Features and compatibility may evolve through app updates. Material changes to these terms will appear here with a new effective date. For bugs, purchase-access issues, legal questions, or general support, contact email.
